Position Summary

This job description outlines a senior-level role as a technical project manager with a strong IT, manufacturing, and project management background. This role is for a seasoned project manager with a passion for technology and a proven ability to deliver successful projects.

Key Requirements:

• Strong Education: Engineering or IT-related bachelor's degree.
• Extensive Experience: 10+ years of experience managing IT projects across various industries, with a focus on electronics/technology.
• Domain Knowledge: Expertise in ERP systems (Oracle preferred), Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES - 42Q & rTO a plus), repair & logistics, and material requirement planning.
• Technical Skills: Basic understanding of servers, databases, networks, and B2B communication.
• Project Management Expertise: Proven track record in project planning, scheduling, budgeting, resource allocation, and risk management.
• Communication & Leadership: Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Project Leadership: Lead and manage all aspects of IT projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
• Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, effectively gathering and managing their requirements.
• Solution Development: Determine the best-fit solutions based on in-depth product knowledge and stakeholder needs.
• Resource Management: Manage project resources effectively, including personnel and budget.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure the quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery of products and services.
• This role requires a highly skilled and experienced individual who can:
