KEY RESPONSABILITIES:

• Design and establish clear and consistent Finance management operating processes
• Make key strategies decisions to achieve committed performance
• Collaborate with business leaders as trusted business advisor to drive business growth through analysis and influencing
• Communicate effectively with management concerning financial objectives and key business metrics
• Manage financial statements with strong ownership and lead Finance team
• Provide a consolidated/standardized process for annual operating plan and long-term strategic plan
• Manage cash of Mexican Peso & Foreign currencies, and co-work with corporate treasury team to ensure sufficient funds are available
• Review all tax issues of entity and correspond/report timely and properly
• Manage internal/external audits
• Interface with all HQ Business unit
• Develop a sound financial planning process involving all aspects of our organization, management, sales and procurement insuring participation of all business functions
• Set up proper Internal control process & implement process improvement plan
• Manage regular reporting, cost accounting and asset management

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelors OR HIGHER degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics
• 15+ years of experience on the field (10+ years in manufacturing industry)
• Deep knowledge and experience of P&L responsability
• Understanding of IFRS and local Tax codes/requirements
• Proven record of factory/cost accounting and management experience
• Excellent communication and influencing skills
• Self- motivated, driving business initiatives
• Demonstrated ability to sort out and report on complex situations
• Knowledgeable around data privacy and confidentiality
• Robust technical proficiency such as SAP FI module, SAT portal, MS office, etc. (SAP experience preferred)
• CPA preferred
• Fluent in spoken and in written English (or
• ?B Korean) preferred
• Wide human network with regularities and SAT preferred
