HR Business Partner
Requirements:
· 5–7 years of experience in Human Resources, with at least 3 years in Talent Acquisition.
· Experience in a manufacturing environment is required.
· Background in employee training and development programs.
· Proven track record of successfully partnering with operational teams.
· Hands-on experience in analyzing production defects, improving process reliability, and working closely with engineering and operations to ensure product consistency and quality compliance.
· Experience in managning a headcount of over 200 people
Responsibilities:
· Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for open positions.
· Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and ideal candidate profiles.
· Develop and execute recruiting strategies to attract high-caliber talent, leveraging digital platforms, local partnerships, and job fairs.
· Coordinate onboarding programs to ensure effective integration of new hires.
· Conduct training needs analysis in collaboration with department leaders.
· Develop and manage the annual training calendar; coordinate technical and soft-skill training sessions.
· Partner with external providers and institutions to deliver specialized training programs.
· Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
· Collaborate with the HR Manager on HR metrics and data analysis to support decision-making.
· Support audits, internal controls, and HR documentation management.
