The Job:
We're looking for a Product Operations Intern to support our strategic planning and budget management efforts. In this role, you'll gain hands-on experience working closely with leadership, helping drive critical processes around communication, tooling, and data analysis in a fast-paced global environment.

What you will be doing:

• Support leadership communications by drafting, reviewing, and organizing messages, and managing follow-ups.
• Assist in the evaluation and implementation of tools for budget planning and tracking.
• Create templates to capture headcount, contractor info, software licenses, and other budget data, using Excel for automation when applicable.
• Track key project milestones to ensure on-time delivery of planning tasks.
• Analyze cost data, compare to budgets, and identify gaps or improvement areas.
• Help maintain dashboards and reports to keep leadership informed of budget progress.
• Assist in initiating and tracking hiring and procurement activities.
• Design and distribute surveys to collect stakeholder feedback and analyze the results.

What could set you apart:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data analysis).
• Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) for communication and automation.
• Great time management, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Financial knowledge or coursework in budgeting, finance, or accounting.
• Experience with Power BI or similar reporting tools.

Requirements:
• Being enrolled and pursuing a degree in Business, Finance, Project Management, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Advanced English.
• Eagerness to learn and a proactive attitude.
• RFC
• Availability to start early in the day to collaborate with offshore teams.
