Education: Bachelor´s degree in a relevant field
Experience: More than 7 years of outside sales experience in B2B and manufacturing environments, ideally related to ingredientes, food-related packaging, or packaging equipment.
Skills: Proficiente in Microsoft Office and CRM software, strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Characteristics: Must be a resilient "hunter" with proven ability to secure new business and manage complex sales cycles. Ability to handle rejection and persist in the face of challenges.
