We are looking for a HUMAN RESOURCES REPRESENTATIVE who will be responsible for managing all Human Resources processes, ensuring the attraction, development, well-being, and retention of talent in a growing technology company, while promoting a positive, collaborative, and innovative organizational culture.

Main Responsibilities:

• Design and implement HR policies, processes, and procedures.
• Lead recruitment and selection processes for both technical and administrative roles.
• Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Oversee compliance with labor regulations (IMSS, INFONAVIT, STPS, etc.).
• Administer attendance, vacation, sick leave, and other personnel-related records.
• Develop and implement training strategies, performance evaluations, and career development plans.
• Propose and execute organizational culture, work climate, and wellness initiatives.
• Assist in drafting and reviewing employment contracts and internal policies.
• Coordinate with external providers for payroll, benefits, and other HR services.
• Support executive leadership in decisions related to organizational structure and talent management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in tech companies or startups.
• Strong knowledge of Mexican labor laws.
• Experience recruiting IT profiles (developers, QA, PMs, etc.) is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication, empathy, and conflict resolution skills.
• Proactive mindset with a strategic approach.
• Level of English: Conversational - C1 LEVEL IS A MUST
• Proficiency with HR tools and talent management software.
