Job Title: Industrial Sales Engineer
About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and technically skilled Sales Engineer to join our industrial sales team. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical knowledge with excellent sales and communication skills to provide tailored solutions to our clients in the manufacturing, energy, and industrial sectors. You will play a key role in driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities and building long-term customer relationships.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related field).
- 3+ years of experience in technical or industrial sales.
- Strong understanding of industrial equipment, automation, or manufacturing systems.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel / to support the Pacific region
- Self-driven, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience selling to the manufacturing or heavy industry sectors.
- Familiarity with CAD software or technical drawings.
- English B2 / C1
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Identify customer needs and provide technical solutions based on our product and service offerings.
- Deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations to clients.
- Prepare and present quotations, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to customize solutions when necessary.
- Attend industry trade shows, exhibitions, and customer meetings.
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline and forecast using CRM tools.
- Stay informed of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
