Summary:
We are searching for an Implementation Solution Consultant to lead high-impact recovery efforts for at-risk client implementations. You'll diagnose root causes, design tailored solutions, and guide enterprise clients back to success restoring trust and driving long-term value.
This role demands advanced technical expertise, strategic thinking, and polished communication. You'll collaborate across teams, influence senior stakeholders, and create scalable playbooks that elevate implementation quality across the organization.
Technical Skills:
Project management tools (GuideCX, Monday .com)
SaaS platforms and CRM systems (Salesforce)
Advanced Excel & PowerPoint reporting
APIs, integrations & troubleshooting
Digital adoption tools (Pendo), LMS platforms
Process mapping, workflow optimization, QA/testing
SOP creation, data migration, contract interpretation
Collaboration tools (Slack, Teams), time tracking
Experience Needed:
8–12+ years in SaaS implementation, project management, client onboarding, or customer success
Minimum 4 years supporting Enterprise clients
Strong background in technical solutioning, configuration, and integrations
Experience developing internal playbooks or enablement resources
PMP certification
SHRM, change management, or L&D certifications are a plus
Other Requirements:
English C1 (Advanced)
