About the team:
Our team is a diverse and dynamic group with a shared focus on creating exceptional Mobile and Web SDKs/Apps. We strive for excellence in both functionality and developer experience, catering to customers operating in complex domains with strict requirements for security, compliance, and usability. This presents us with a wide range of challenges, from ensuring our software runs flawlessly and securely across multiple devices and browsers to integrating with complex machine learning models for capturing high-quality images.

The Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior SDET (Software Development Engineer in Test) specializing in mobile and web applications. As a Senior SDET, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of our mobile and web platforms. Your expertise in test automation, test strategy, and mobile/web technologies will be critical in driving continuous improvement and delivering exceptional user experiences.
What you will do:
Develop and maintain robust test automation frameworks for mobile and web applications, utilizing industry-standard tools and technologies
Design and implement test plans, test cases, and test scripts to validate the functionality, usability, and performance of our mobile and web applications
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and designers, to define testing requirements and identify potential areas of improvement
Conduct thorough and comprehensive testing of mobile and web applications across multiple devices, platforms, and browsers to ensure compatibility and adherence to design specifications and focus of high level of automation
Identify and report software defects, track them to resolution, and verify their successful resolution through regression testing.
Continuously improve testing processes, methodologies, and tools to enhance overall testing efficiency and effectivenes
Stay up to date with the latest trends and advancements in mobile and web technologies, and proactively apply them to improve testing practices.
Actively participate in agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Requirements
What we're looking for:
Proven experience as a Senior SDET or similar role, with a focus on mobile and web applications.
Strong expertise in test automation frameworks and tools such as Selenium, Appium, XCTest, Espresso, or similar
Solid understanding of mobile and web technologies, including iOS, Android, HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, and RESTful APIs
Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript - Required
Experience of working in continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) environments (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD)
Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills, with a keen eye for detail
Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, test planning, and test case design
Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and practices
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
