Highlight the main responsibilities

1.- Coordinate the inspection, identification and release of batches of material purchased according to the control plans of each party, within 8 days.

2.- Ensure the segregation and identification of materials that are not complied with against the control plans.

3.- Provide feedback to the SQA of the Group / Buyer of the recurring problems of the supplier.

4.- Notify the Raw Material Supplier if there is a Quality problem in the product, as well as collect reliable and trustworthy information to ensure the corresponding deficit.

5.- Ensure compliance with the YIS (Yearly Initial Samples) in conjunction with the Purchasing Team.

6.- Support for production lines in cases of supplier non-conformities.

7- Ensure the correct management of SAP transactions defined for the reception of materials

8- Define and audit the critical components for their internal release. (Critical components associated with the function of the product)

Stop or prohibit work or activities that may generate unsafe acts or conditions or that generate a significant impact or risk to the worker, the environment or its facilities.

It has the authority to stop the production or delivery of the product, when the basic quality rules are not respected.

Education: Engineer /Technical Career (Productivity/Industrial/Mechanical)

Experience: 2 years in the incoming inspection/ warehouse environment.

Language: English Intermediate level desirable.
