As an Estimator, youll use creativity and problem-solving skills to directly impact the financial success of each project. Yours is the short game that sets up our construction teams to win the long game!

ESSENTIAL DUTIES MAY INCLUDE:

• Reporting to a Senior Estimator who will be your mentor, coach, and advocate.
• Your primary role will be to collect and qualify bids from a variety of vendors, making sure all scopes of work are covered; then work with a team to assemble bid packages.
• Review construction project plans, requirements, drawings and specifications.
• Provide pricing for a variety of projects; including conceptual estimates, hard bid, schematic estimates, design development estimates, and estimates for bidding.
• Complete quantity surveys (take-offs).
• Qualify subcontract proposals. Analyze and mitigate potential risk.
• Contribute to positive customer, subcontractor and vendor relationships.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, EXPERIENCE NEEDED:

To be successful in this position, you will be naturally analytical, curious, creative, and deadline driven. Being detail-oriented and quick on your feet will also be critical.

REQUIRED:

• 1+ years' experience in Commercial Construction.
• Working knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word)
• Experience with, or an ability to quickly learn, PlanSwift, Bluebeam, Pantera, Building Connected
