Thisposition has SAP Callidus CPQ development and support responsibilities, as partof the Customer & Commercial Excellence Organization. The CCEX portfolio ofprojects include Digital Customer Experience and Commercial ExcellenceSolutions, including Web, eCommerce, SalesForce.com, etc. The SAP7Salesforce Callidus CPQTech SME has the following key responsibilities
Key Responsibilities

• SAP Callidus / Salesforce CPQ application development, maintenance, and Functional testing
• Collaborate with cross functional teams in fixing operational / support issues
• Experience in incident management, problem management, and root cause analysis.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and proactively identify and resolve potential problems to minimize downtime and ensure optimal user experience.
• Develop and maintaintechnical documentation, including system configurations, procedures, andtroubleshooting guides.

YOU MUST HAVE

• Bachelor's degree: Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Minimum of 5+ years IT experience
• Proficiency in IT Service Management (ITSM) frameworks and tools, such as ServiceNow & JIRA.
• Minimum 2 years SAP Callidus / Salesforce CPQ hands on experience
