Main Responsibilities:
Global responsible for technical, digital, and online documentation for Nilfisk Spare Parts, Accessories & Consumables (PAC).
Supporting global R&D centers, with PAC documentation to be used by internal Sales & Service teams and external customers.
Data specialist in PAC Business team supporting various projects and tools.
Experience:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Experience from a technical role within the area of spare part management or similar
- Experience working with data and digital software. Nilfisk uses CAD CERO and EzParts, but this is not a requirement.
- Preferable experience working in global companies and big organizations.
Activities:
Process owner of documenting processes, creating documentation or guidelines outlining the technical drawing conversion processes, tools used, and any specific considerations or best practices for future reference.
Analyzing and reviewing of Nilfisk Machine technical drawings for Spare Parts, Accessories & Consumables.
Converting the drawings to digital formats utilizing Nilfisk CAD software CREO to convert technical drawings into digital formats to Nilfisk online documentation tool EzParts.
Verifying the accuracy and consistency of converted drawings by comparing them to the original source and making necessary adjustments or corrections.
Formatting and organizing drawings by structuring the converted drawings to meet specific online documentation requirements, including page layout, labeling, and annotation placement.
Quality assurance of drawings conducting quality checks on the converted drawings to identify and rectify any errors, inconsistencies, or formatting issues.
Owner of Nilfisk online PAC tool EzParts ensuring correct drawing and data uploaded to the tool and ensuring best practice in the use of the software.
Staying updated with industry standards by keeping up to date with the latest industry standards and best practices related to technical drawing conversion and online documentation.
Providing support and training: Assisting colleagues or end-users in navigating and understanding the converted drawings, providing guidance or training when required.

- Technical insight/flair.
- Good command of MS Office (Excel in particular).
- Systematic, structured and ability to handle large data quantities.
- Customer service minded.
- Process oriented.
- Effective collaboration/communication in a global context.
- Basic Knowledge SAP.
- Passport and American Visa (desirable).
Must have:
Advanced English to be able to negotiate, report and lead meetings.
