NTT Data is looking for a Field Tech Support Engineer to join the team.

Workplace: Onsite in Querétaro

English required.

Requirements:

• Experience in user support on the Windows platform
• Networking skills
• A means of transportation (car, motorcycle)
• Useful Microsoft Office knowledge
• Windows OS knowledge, installation, and configuration HW and SW support (laptops, desktops, printers (basic).
• Ticket registration (Service now)

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years as Technical Support
• Networking (basic: knowing how to identify the type of equipment, configuration, etc.)
• Ticket logging.
• User interaction.

Activities

• Contact with multiple users within the office, plant, and VIP users.
• Manage the inventory of accessories, consumables, and assets.
• Network: monitoring, escalations with the responsible person, configuration via phone calls with people from other countries, and coordination and support with suppliers for equipment installation.
• Videoconferencing: system installation, account configuration, ongoing monitoring of videoconference rooms, coordination and support with suppliers for equipment installation. Performing regular equipment audits monthly.
• Compliance with SLAs.
• Ticket logging (incidents and requests) in English.
