We are looking for a Project Manager who will be responsible for supporting and integrating Independent Solution Vendors (ISVs) with Epicor products. This role involves performing project management duties throughout all phases of the project lifecycle. Under the guidance of Sr. Project Managers, the Project Manager will schedule and conduct meetings, communicate assignments and expectations to team members, and track deliverables to ensure quality and timely completion.

What you will be doing:

• Support the integration of ISVs with Epicor products, ensuring alignment of development efforts and seamless tool compatibility.
• Coordinate with ISVs to ensure timely development and avoid release issues.
• Participate in product operations tasks, collaborating with development, marketing, and management teams to enhance processes and tools.
• Address issues during development and release cycles to ensure a smooth customer experience.
• Lead projects using established plans, including defining scope, deliverables, communications, and schedules.
• Plan, schedule, coordinate, and monitor the completion and approval of project tasks throughout the project lifecycle.
• Provide cross-functional support and coordination as needed.
• Communicate project updates to stakeholders, create templates and presentations, review/edit deliverables, and maintain project documentation.
• Build effective working relationships across the organization.

What you will likely bring:

• 3+ years of project management experience.
• Understanding of the software development lifecycle, including Agile and Waterfall methodologies, CI/CD, and cloud/on-premises environments.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong research abilities and proactive information seeking.
• Solid project management and scheduling skills.
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
