We are hiring an Infrastructure Engineer to join our TechOps team and help maintain the correct functioning of Servers, global backups and to improve processes with automations.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Troubleshoot server performance and throughput problems.
• Forecasts server capacity needs for memory, storage & CPU.
• Provide support to Cloud Services.
• Provide support to global backup infrastructure.
• Provide support to monitoring solutions.
• Provide support to internal applications.
• Escalate incidents to Tier 3 teams.
• Automate processes.

Who You Are:

This opportunity is for a creative, adaptive individual who embraces new technology across a wide range of disciplines where a complex set of responsibilities and technical skills come together.

Required Skills and Competencies

• 1-2 years of experience with infrastructure technologies.
• A finished bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems or related.
• Advanced English level.
• Experience working with servers.
• Excellent communications skills with a strong customer focus, team player and results driven.

Desired Skills and Experience

• Good analytical, problem solving, project management and organization skills.
• Could work independently as well as being part of a team (on site or remotely).
• Able to work on multiple tasks/projects concurrently.
• Develop technical documentation defining operational procedures and work instructions.
• Available for on-call roster including weekends. Able to work outside business hours as required
• Desire to expand technical knowledge and learn new skills.
