Job Summary
To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a Test Engineer located in Guadalajara, North Campus.
The Test Engineer will be based in Guadalajara, Jal. and will be responsible for implementing and maintaining cost-effective methods of testing and troubleshooting systems, software, and/or equipment.
What a typical day looks like:
Project ownership.
Transfers, changes, setups, etc.
Works directly with NPI and transfers CFT.
NPIs ownership until mass production, transition.
Functional tests design and implementation.
Determines conditions under which tests are to be conducted.
Suppliers development for NPI (ICT, AOI, EOL, FCT).
Analyzes test data and prepares technical reports for engineers, and management.
Resolves test yield problems by performing analysis of root causes, developing and coordinating corrective action measures and monitoring improvements.
The experience we're looking to add to our team:
Solid NPI Test Engineering Experience.
Bachelor's degree.
Functional tests experience (PCBA and Integration)
ORT tests and ESS experience.
Knowledge of Programming (Python, Open test).
English Advanced.
Negotiation (suppliers and clients)
ICT and FCT experience.
Design for testability (DFT).
Knowledge of servers, telecommunication products, power and radio frequency.
Intermediate - Advanced English skills (Meetings, calls, emails, etc.).
