Job Description
In your new role you will:

• Compliance to Quality Management Systems to International qualitystandards certifications (AS9100, ISO9001 and IATF16949)
• Review, update and maintain the internal process audit schedule,including coordinating, reviewing the completion of internal audits bydirect reports, coordinating / leading meetings between auditees andauditors to resolve concerns, issues and reaching agreements
• Review, update and maintain the internal process audit records, updatingdata bases, including the gathering, reviewing, consolidation of itsquality records.
• Review, update and maintain corrective actions records related tonon-conformities, data bases maintenance, gather, review, consolidateand distribute them to interested parties, coordinating and leadingmeetings between owners and process auditors to resolve concerns, issuesand reaching agreements.
• Support the activities related to the review, implement qualitymanagement system and its requirements related to process audits andinternal corrective actions, including customer requirements andinternational standards, customer audits and follow up of actionsrelated to his areas under charge.
• Submission and execution of interdepartmental continual improvementprojects (e.g., procedures, software, systems, master data, tools,trainings, etc.).
• Responsible to create, manage and maintain up to date all internalcorrective actions, maintain up to date the internal corrective actionsdata base, coordinating / leading meetings between owners and requestorsto resolve concerns, issues and reaching agreements.
• Responsible for competency compliance for internal process auditorsaccording to international standards and Infineon requirements.
• Responsible to develop, modify and maintain up to date the key processindicators for Internal process audits and internal corrective actions.
• Responsible to perform the effectiveness verification for process auditfindings and also for internal corrective actions as required byinternational standards and Infineon.
• Accelerate the improvements for the internal process audit system toaligned against Infineon Quality Manual and to be in compliance againstAS9100, ISO9001 and IATF16949.
• Improve our quality internal process audit system in preparation for BE-TIJ growth plan.

Your Profile:

Your Profile
You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• Graduate of Any Engineering degree
• Solid background on Quality management systems, primarily on IATF and VDA, and also AS9100, working experience on Internal And External Audits, previous experience on Quality Engineering a plus
• Minimum certification on IATF as Internal and/or lead auditor
• Working experience in Semiconductor and Electronics, specific to Automotive industry
• Proven records of experience on collaborating teams under amulticultural environment
• English Proficiency is required
