Requirements:

•Engineering mechanical, Industrial degree.

•Fluent in English, ability to understand under technical and conversational environments.

•Experience in high volume manual and automatic assembly processes. (preferable in automotive)

•5 years of experience in similar position

•Experience in tooling design, new equipment development for new projects, ramp up, error proofing.

•Core Tools APQP:PFMEA, PFD, PCP

•Problem solving tools (six sigma, experiment design)

•Management of troubleshooting tools (8Ds, 5 why´s)

•Experience lean manufacturing, Kaizen philosophy

•Knowledge of Geometric dimensions and tolerance

•Experience on validation studies for processes and gauges (SPC, MSA, CPK, PPK)

•Drawing interpretation GD&T.

•Knowledge of the IATF standard

•AutoCAD, solid works, Minitab

•Teamwork, self-directed, communication skills

•Availability for business trips
