Profile Requirements:
? High School Diploma or equivalent
? Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field
? Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
? Excellent verbal and written communication skills
? Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
? Bilingual in English and Spanish – this is a must
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to customers with delinquent accounts
Receive inbound calls regarding past-due accounts
Handle redemptions and repossessed accounts
Conduct repossession reviews and skip tracing
Perform loan hardship reviews and evaluate possible solutions
Work with customers to establish suitable payment arrangements for overdue accounts
Identify and escalate accounts requiring management review
Deliver outstanding customer service with professionalism and empathy
Maintain departmental standards and meet performance metrics
Ensure strict adherence to company policies and procedures
