Job Requirements

Education: college or above

Major: accounting/financial management

Background: at least 5 years experience on accounting of manufacturing industry

Specialized knowledge:

Familiar with the local accounting standards and tax rules

Accounting qualification

Execllent professional ethics, submissive, diligent

Skills

Software: Microsoft Office, ERP and accounting software

Fluent in English;

Prefer to Speak Putonghua/Cantonese

Abilities:

Good communication skill

Familiar with general ledger, costing and tax reporting

Make accounting treatments by accounting software independently

Duties

Responsible for general ledger, costing and other accounting works

Checking the expense applications before payment

Providing monthly financial statement on time

In charge of the annual audit work and assist the HQ accounting department to provide relevant audit documents for the group's auditing

Responsible for the tax declaration, identifying potential tax risk and providing reasonable tax advices to the HQ accounting department

Other arrangements and temporary works designated by the HQ accounting department.

Key Performance Indicators(KPI)

Tax declaration on time, no penalty and overdue

Monthly financial statement on time, accurate financial data

Follow up annual audit continuously

Completing other arrangements by the leaders on time

Daily work

Daily accounting treatments

Checking the expense applications

Annual audit and following up audit adjustments

Tax declaration

Monthly financial statement.
