Job Type: Phone-based service, handling inquiries, collections, and customer support for U.S. clients
Competitive monthly salary based on your assigned schedule
Training Schedule: Monday to Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
Post-Training Schedule: Assigned shift (all end by 8:00 p.m.)
Saturdays: 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
Requirements:
High school diploma
Advanced English level (all calls are in English)
Benefits:
Christmas bonus (Aguinaldo): 15 days of base pay, prorated based on your hire date
Vacation days: 12 days after your first anniversary
Vacation premium (Prima vacacional): 25%
Food coupons: 5% of salary (capped according to Mexican labor law)
