Job Summary:

We are seeking a Senior UX Designer with a strong foundation in user-centered design and a proven ability to deliver thoughtful, effective digital experiences. The ideal candidate has experience working in complex industries such as banking, healthcare, insurance, or employee retirement systems, and is comfortable collaborating across product, engineering, and business teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop a deep understanding of user needs, business goals, and technical constraints.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver UX solutions that drive measurable outcomes.
• Lead or support user research activities, including interviews and usability testing.
• Translate research insights into actionable design strategies and deliverables.
• Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using tools like Figma.
• Facilitate workshops and design discussions to align stakeholders and drive decision-making.
• Apply frameworks such as Design Thinking, Lean UX, or Human-Centered Design in day-to-day work.
• Communicate design rationale clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Requirements:

• 5–6 years of relevant UX design experience.
• Strong understanding of design principles and interaction design.
• Proficiency in Figma, Miro, and Microsoft tools (Outlook, Teams, etc.).
• Experience in industries such as banking, healthcare, insurance, or ERS is preferred.
• Ability to articulate design decisions and explain the thinking behind them.
• Background in QA or software engineering is acceptable if UX expertise is clearly demonstrated.
• Portfolio required, with emphasis on design process and outcomes.
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
