Golang Developer – Microservices & SRE in a Long-Term Project

We are seeking an experienced Golang Developer with a strong background in Java, microservices, and MongoDB to join WIPRO's long-term project. Your role will involve developing, supporting, and optimizing high-performance, distributed systems, ensuring stability and reliability in production environments. Responsibilities:

• Contribute 4 to 8 years of hands-on experience in Java, Go, and MongoDB to develop and enhance microservices.
• Debug application and service issues in production environments efficiently.
• Design, implement, and support microservices, web services, and distributed systems.
• Utilize production/platform tools like Jira, ServiceNow, and Splunk for incident management and monitoring.
• Maintain and improve CI/CD pipelines following DevOps best practices.
• Support and troubleshoot complex issues under pressure, ensuring system stability.
• Collaborate effectively within Agile/Scrum teams, providing clear communication and coordination.
• Gain experience working in L3 support and Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) environments, with exposure to monitoring and alerting systems.

Required Skills:

• 4+ years of hands-on experience with Golang, Java, microservices, and MongoDB.
• Proven debugging skills at the application and service level in production settings.
• Strong understanding of distributed systems architecture, web services, and microservices.
• Practical knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps principles.
• Prior experience supporting production environments (L3 Support/SRE).
• Familiarity with monitoring and alerting tools.
• Excellent communication skills in English (Advanced).

Preferred Skills:

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.
