México Compensation Functions
- Participates in salary surveys and analyzes results to determine organization's market relationship. (10%).
- Manages the organization's job evaluation process (7.5%).
- Develops recommendations to adjust salary structure in response to changing organizational needs and market values. (5%).
- Reviews proposals for new or revised classifications to determine appropriate salary grade assignment. (5%).
- Supports development and impementation of salary administration guidelines, compensation policies and programs. (2.5%).
- Researches and implements special compensation programs or incentive systems to support the organization's objectives (2.5%).
- Manages annual compensation processes including variable compensation and salary planning. (5%).
- Manages the reward and recognition policy and platform. (2.5%).
- Acts as a coach of Compensation topics for HRBP's around the country. (2.5%).
- Supports harmonization topics of compensation elements such as: Savings Fund, Food Coupons, Christmas Bonus, Vacation Premium, Flexible Compensation Components around the country (5%).
- Supports Communication of Updated Compensation policies, processes and procedures to all locations (5%).
- Leads specific HR Comp. Projects. (2.5%)."
México Benefits Functions
- Supports development and impementation Benefits administration guidelines, benefits policies and programs. (5%).
- Acts as a coach of Benefits topics for HRBP's around the country. (5%),
- Supports harmonization topics of benefits elements such as: Retirement Plans, Health & Welfare, Life Insurance, Leasing Car Policy, Optional/Flexible Plans, Cafeteria Plans, Work-Life Balance Initiatives. (5%).
- Supports Communication of Updated Benefits policies and procedures to all locations. (5%).
- Leads specific HR Benefits Projects (2.5%).
- Acts as HR Pension Administrator through the coordination of retirement service providers (i.e. actuary, fund administrator, trust administrator. (10%).
- Supports enrollment process and administration of Employee Master Benefit Programs through Brokers/Service Providers assuring quality of service delivery in each topic (i.e. life, medical, dental, AD&D) (5%).
- First escalation for benefits issues after service (2.5%)."
Requirements
- Business Studies/Economics Science/Engineering or Related
- Desired C&B Certification/Related Training (CCP, GRP, SPHR).
- 5 to 7 years of experience in compensation, benefits or related benefits administration
- 5 to 7 years of HR experience"
- Experience handling C&B projects and/or HR projects.
- Desired experience working with multicultural project teams in HR (NAFTA region)
