Details of the role:
We are seeking a highly motivated Data Engineer with a strong background in ensuring the optimal operation of technical systems and equipment for end users. The ideal candidate will have experience in diagnosing and resolving technical issues, implementing new technology solutions, and creating comprehensive documentation and training materials. Additionally, the candidate should demonstrate advanced English proficiency and excel in a remote working environment.
Key responsibilities:
· Ensure the optimal operation of technical systems and equipment in end-user environments.
· Diagnose and resolve technical issues that may arise in end-user environments.
· Implement new technology solutions and perform system upgrades to improve efficiency and functionality.
· Develop and maintain guides, procedures, and documentation related to the technologies implemented in end-user environments.
· Provide training and support to end-users and support groups on the use of tools and systems.
· Generate and analyze reports on system usage, status, and incidents.
Required Skills:
- 5+ years of experience in a data engineering role.
- Experience in creating reports, dashboards, and data queries to support end-user environments.
- Proficiency in script creation, testing, and quality assurance for global end-user configurations.
- Ability to create end-user guides and training materials, particularly for GSC (Global Support Center) and FSO (Field Service Operations).
- Strong analytical skills to document processes and generate presentations.
- Experience in resolving technical problems in end-user environments, including Windows 11, O365, System Center Client, and Intune.
- Advanced English proficiency.
