?? What You'll Do:

• Maintain and enhance integrations across a wide tech stack (middleware, caches, data stores).
• Install, configure, and manage systems and apps across client environments.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex platform issues with a customer-first approach.
• Automate deployments, drive improvements through testing, and support IT disaster recovery plans.
• Collaborate cross-functionally, mentor junior team members, and help shape tech support standards.

?? What We're Looking For:

• 2+ years in IT support or engineering roles (customer-facing experience a plus).
• Strong hands-on experience with UNIX/Linux, Windows Server, SQL (Oracle/MySQL), and middleware systems (Tibco, AMQ, etc.).
• Familiar with virtualization, Active Directory, and ITIL practices.
• Bonus if you've worked in logistics, transportation, or terminal operations environments.
