We are excited to invite you to join our growing legal team as a Virtual Intake Specialist. This is a fully remote position, giving you the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home while being part of a dynamic and supportive team.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for potential clients, providing a warm and professional welcome.
• Gather necessary information from potential clients and input data accurately into the firm's case management system.
• Schedule consultations and follow up with potential clients.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality, in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Collaborate with attorneys and other staff to ensure potential clients are directed to the appropriate resources.
• Provide exceptional customer service, and handle inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.

Requirements

• Associate or bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Experience as an intake specialist within a US law firm is a must.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in English and Spanish.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work well under limited supervision.
• Proficiency in using case management software and other computer systems.
• Must be willing to work during Pacific Time (Local California Time).
• With own Laptop or Desktop (8GB RAM, Core i5 or above) with an internet connection of at least 10mbps
