We are looking for a FINANCE COORDINATOR. Based in Nogales-México, the candidate will be responsible for safeguard the processes and procedures that affect financial information to reduce risks, also responsible for monitoring company performance by analyzing financial reports and statistics, surveillance, and internal control, in addition to contributing to decision-making.
Job responsibilities
• Monthly preparation and review of financial statements, accounting information systems, USA accounting books and related activities.
• Comprehensive accounting management
• Analysis of variable and fixed costs
• Account reconciliation
• Support in external audit and internal control procedures
• Preparation of internal standards procedures and functions.
• Monthly and annual deferred tax calculations
• Coordination and supervision of the Intercompany reconciliation process and reporting.
• Support the company's accounting closing processes by making the respective adjustments and correct review of their assigned procedures
• Reconciliation of balances with suppliers.
• Reconciliation of Balance Sheet accounts for their analysis.
• Interface with corporate offices and representatives of various levels from worldwide organizations, to prepare and present financial reports and analysis, as needed.
• Interaction with factory functions for finance and controlling tasks and initiatives.
• Finances team motivation and development.
• Ensure compliance with the requirements, standards, policies and procedures of the ISO 9001, TL 9000, 5S's, LEAN SIGMA and SIGMA SOS systems as well as the principles of MEA (Manufacturing Excellence), monitoring and promoting their application and observance throughout the Company, to align all activities conducted with its Organizational Culture.
