Coordinate Employee Services such as Employee Transportation Buses and Cafeteria Services.
Ensures compliance with all Mexico employment, labor laws, and
governmental compliance requirements.
Revises HR policies, programs, processes, and guidelines to meet the needs of the organization, to comply with legal requirements, and to promote positive employee relations with the approval of HR Management.
* Knowledge of Mexican labor and employment laws.
* Proven ability to handle multiple priorities
* Experience with HRIS systems such as Workday; UltiPro or Success Factors preferred
