Job Description

We are seeking a motivated finance professional to join our team and contribute to key accounting, reporting, and compliance processes, working in a dynamic and collaborative multinational environment.

Job Responsibilities

• Handle month-end close, assets, reconciliations
• Post journal entries, accruals, reclassifications
• Ensure ledger compliance with policies and standards
• Check SAP data for errors or issues
• Manage intercompany, loans, variances, corrections
• Prepare/review financial reports and statements
• Support statutory accounts, tax filings
• Work with operations on cost accounting
• Coordinate with auditors, provide documentation
• Fix control gaps, ensure compliance
• Communicate financial issues affecting performance
• Guide junior team members on complex tasks

Background & Skills

Minimum Requirements:

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or similar
• 3+ years in Finance/Accounting (R2R, GL, Reporting, Fixed Assets)
• Knowledge of cost accounting, inventory, assets
• Experience with ERP (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
• Strong Excel and data analysis
• Familiar with IFRS or local GAAP
• Analytical, problem-solving, good communicator
• Ability to handle multiple priorities under deadlines
• Team player, adaptable to diverse environments
• Detail-oriented, accurate under pressure
• English B2 level
• Eager to learn and grow
• Customer-focused, improvement-driven
