Profile:

• Bachelor's degree in international business, project management, industrial engineering or related field

• Advanced English level

• 5 years of experience in purchasing processes, supplier management and human resources

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAP, Power BI, MS Project and Visio

• Availability to travel

• Soft skills related to collaboration, critical thinking, attention to detail, effective communication, and problem solving and analysis

Responsibilities:

• Address critical issues and manage escalations and integration with business areas.

• Manage two-way communication and engagement with key users, addressing performance issues, compliance, and key improvement initiatives

• Support the team with training, common standards updates, and ongoing standardization of best practices

• Lead growing business areas, ensuring quality in service delivery

• Implement improvements based on best practices and automations
