What You'll Do:

• Execute the complete payroll cycle for our organization.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal policies.
• Analyze payroll data and generate insightful reports.
• Collaborate with HR and Finance to resolve discrepancies and improve processes.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience in payroll processing (senior level preferred).
• Strong technical knowledge of payroll systems and regulations.
• Intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, data validation).
• Solid data analysis and critical thinking abilities.
• Advanced English – written and spoken.
• A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with a passion for accuracy.
