IMPORTAN INFORMATION ABOUT THIS POSITION:

Only candidates with an advanced level of English will be considerated.

MAIN ACTIVITES:

• ERP System Implementation (Become a ERP Super user in order to teach other users).
• All bookeeping, financial reporting and variance analysis.
• Adhering to local compliance regulations.
• Preparation and submission of weekly and monthly management reports.
• Preparing Company's annual Budget and monthly Forecasts. Variance analysis and counter measures study. Margin and Profit control. Cost control.
• Procedures, Policies, and Governance practices.
• Supervise contacts with external auditors, banks and other local government authorities.

EXPERIENCIE, SKILLS & ACADEMIC BACKGROUND:

• Bachelor degree in Finance, Account or related field. Candidates with a Master Degree and updates and certifications will be consider an advantage
• Proficiency in ERP systems (Succesful ERP Implementation)
• 3-5 years on Chief Accountant position within an International Group.
• Strong sense of compliance, integrity, and controlling.
• Managerial skills, governance competencies.
• Excellent communicator and team player.
• Analytical mindset and skills
• Diligence and attention to details.
• Fluency in english and spanish.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

Availability to travel (up to 30%)

COMPENSATION PACKAGE:

$100,000 Pesos mexicanos nominales mensuales

20 días de vacaciones por año.
