We are looking for you!

• Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in similar roles within automotive finance companies, banks, leasing companies, or SOFOMs
• Experience managing sales administration, commission calculations, performance indicators, and staff administration
• Solid understanding of the automotive credit cycle

Activities where you can apply your experience and knowledge:

• Implement and improve administrative processes related to the sales force and distribution channels
• Manage, lead, and make decisions throughout the entire sales process up to the administrative closing of auto loans
• Generate commercial and financial reports with an analytical and results-oriented approach for senior management (sales, approvals, rejections, placements by channel, region)
• Ensure proper implementation of commercial campaigns, bonuses, and incentives
• Oversee the uploading and validation of contracts, client files, and documentation in internal platforms
• Participate in the design and improvement of technological tools to enhance sales performance (CRM, ERP, reporting systems)
