Job Summary:

We are seeking a Business Analyst / Proxy Product Owner to support the analysis and optimization of business processes and systems, while ensuring seamless integration between business models and technology solutions. This role involves evaluating current states, identifying customer requirements, defining future states, and proposing business-aligned solutions in close collaboration with cross-functional agile teams and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a Proxy Product Owner, representing the business vision within agile POD teams and managing the consolidated prioritization of work items.
• Collaborate with the Product Owner to resolve prioritization escalations across applications or domains when necessary.
• Own the creation, refinement, and maintenance of user stories, including acceptance criteria and clarifications, and ensure updates are tracked in JIRA.
• Ensure backlogs are well-structured and aligned with business priorities within each sprint.
• Support Scrum Masters in prioritizing tickets by coordinating with Product Owners and domain experts as needed.
• Contribute to the preparation of the Operational Status Deck, attend weekly meetings, document meeting notes, and maintain action items and RAID logs.
• Review functional test coverage to ensure alignment with user stories and facilitate system demos for stakeholders to validate implementations.
• Conduct informal pre-UAT checks and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities.
• Monitor and manage the ServiceNow (SNOW) ticket queue and IDEA mailbox, perform ticket triage, and engage relevant analysts for issue resolution.
• Participate in agile ceremonies (retrospectives, scrum meetings, planning sessions) and attend monthly demand review meetings.
• Lead business overview sessions to help POD teams understand key application functionalities.
• Proactively bring forward innovative ideas with supporting business cases to the Product Owner for application improvements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role, preferably within agile environments.
• Strong working knowledge of tools such as JIRA, Confluence, ServiceNow, and agile frameworks like Scrum.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills, critical thinking, and the ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
