The successful candidate will have responsibility for guiding the SAP Logistics and Distributions systems within the SAP core solution and landscape supporting the template deployment for Carrier's North American operations. This individual will partner with the Digital Factory and Operations team and other Digital (IT) COEs to define, design, deploy and sustain the SAP LE WM and EWM solutions. Also will be provide consultation and own 3PL Solutions. There is a requirement to ensure alignment on solution design, cross-functional integration and project implementation will result in a strategic, sustainable solution.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage assigned work activities; execute project plans; complete projects on-time and on-budget.
• Design and develop: (test objectives, test cases, test data and test scripts) for executing unit, integration, system and/or acceptance testing to ensure the solution meets the business requirements.
• Facilitate blueprinting session and create/update blueprint, functional and technical design documents.
• Work closely with external IT service providers for project related activities.

Basic Qualifications (Must have):

• Bachelor's degree.
• 10+ years experience in configuration and implementation of complete Sales and Distribution module and Logistics Execution.
• 10+ years experience hands-on in system configuration and integrations.
• 7+ years experience LE 3rd party transportation planning solution configuration and testing experience.
• 3+ full life cycle implementations experience, also needed production support experience.
• 7+ years experience in requirement gathering, master data, customization, configuration, and testing/training
• 7+ years experience with business processes for manufacturing business ( MTS / MTO / ETO ) models.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to have):

• 10+ years of experience working as SAP LE and SAP WM Consultant.
• Must have hands-on SAP implementation lead experience in multiple Projects with strong knowledge in design, architecting solutions in SAP Materials Management/Logistics Execution functionality - (MRP : Material Requirement Planning), Requisition, Purchase order, Inventory Management, Material Valuation, Delivery processing (Inbound/Outbound), Shipment processing & Shipment costing.
• This requires an excellent understanding of all the Logistic-based modules such as SD, MM, LE & PP.
• Experience in working with embedded and non-Embedded EWM and TMS system and integration is plus.
• Experience with 3rd party application integrations with SAP
• Familiar with Manufacturing Direct Shipping
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, or consideration of an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Language: Fluent English Daily, Strong English communication skills are required to deal with varying levels of audiences having both: written and verbal interactions.
