Job Description
As an SAP BW Support Analyst you will be responsible of the following activities into the SAP system for several boxes:
- Monitor of Process chains and data loads in real time.
- Issues analysis
- Ticket attendant and customer service support.
- Creations of detailed reports for "hand over" everyday.
- Propose new ways of automation.
- Able to be the point of contact to coordinate between the teams in India and Mexico and be able to represent the work done by the Mexico team ( Monthly Status Reports, in case of pain points/escalations become the bridge to ensure the pain points are taken care of etc)
Qualifications
- Bachelors in computer systems or similar
- Advanced English skills, conversational
- Availability to work on weekends
- General SAP support
- SAP BW (preferably worked on Maintenance & Support project)
- Nice to Have
- SAP HANA
- ABAP
- Nice to Have
- Ticket handling SMT
