What's the role?

We are looking for a Data Operations Project Lead to come join our team! This person will be responsible for:

• Develop detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans and project reports to effectively manage project.
• Liaise with functional groups & global stakeholders to prioritize project execution plan, source management & resource availability.
• Manage daily execution of projects to ensure timely delivery with required quality through effective monitoring and control.
• Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path.
• Proactively manage change to preserve business plan commitments and ensure timely escalations/mitigations.
• Identify, analyze, and solve problems related to projects, processes and team.
• Coach, mentor and engage project team to develop competencies.
• Ensure adherence to Organizational processes, quality standards and project specifications; and foster a culture of quality and performance.
• Identify actions/opportunities for continual improvements and support positive change management.
• Ensure timely and appropriate employee performance management and evaluation.

Who are you?

• Bachelors in engineering or technical related discipline required.
• Additional qualifications/certifications in management preferable.
• Minimum 4+ years of relevant experience with 2+ years' experience in project and people management.
• Combination of educational qualification and work experience can be considered for equivalence.
• Effective interpersonal communication skills, including presentation, written and verbal.
• Good people management and coaching skills.
• Proven understanding of technology and work process flows.
• Good analytical and problem solving skills.
• Advanced computer skills and excellent knowledge of business software applications such as MS Project/Open Workbench and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
• Ability to collaborate with internal/external groups for effective problem resolution.
• Good Process orientation skills with self-initiative to drive continual improvements.
