We are searching for the best talent for MASTER DATA ANALYST II to be in Ciudad Juárez, Chiahuaha.
Purpose:
This position will execute day-to-day operations to support the strategy of the function across franchises/business units. Will develop solutions to a variety of problems of moderate scope and complexity, referring to established policies and procedures.
You will be responsible for:
Support data operations and data quality processes. May include testing, error handling, data conversion and/or validation, and audit/compliance actions (Non-Conformance (NC) and/or Corrective Action Preventive Action (CAPA)).
Engage with partners on tactical matters. Provide tactical guidance and knowledge transfer to third-party team(s) and serve as point of escalation.
Participate in the completion of projects and departmental goals by tactically focusing on business outcomes. Implement tools and processes that improve data operations execution.
Monitor the data operations and data quality for the NPI and LCM processes including non-standard physical and manufacturing flows, i.e. External Purchased FGs, Asset Reconfiguration, Biologic Products, Subcontracting material creation flows.
Day-to-day critical activities include:
Supporting Functional Impact Assessment tasks.
Performing critical change order material creation activities in the product lifecycle management (PLM) system.
Providing feedback and support of project team queries regarding NPI and LCM processes
Continuous improvement of process tools and methods for supporting data quality
Collaborate to create and maintain documentation for area of responsibility. May include Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Work Instructions (WIs), data dictionaries, protocols, data quality catalogs, and other policy and procedure documents. Develop and deliver training to educate partners on detailed procedures, data flows, etc.
Continuous improvement of existing data design, process, and templates by tactically focusing on business outcomes as well as strategic process improvements. Propose, implement, and monitor tools and processes that increase data operations execution.
Engage with customers on tactical and strategic decision making.
Lead/Support the implementation of tracking tools for the NPI/LCM processes.
Support material creation process improvements.
Participate in, and sometimes lead, operational and governance meetings which may include end-to-end, value capture, and third-party reviews.
Support the deployment of the Data Operations Management Framework.
Qualifications
Qualifications and requirements:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
2-4 years of related experience
Supply chain experience, preferably in master data, operations, or multi-functional business environment.
Basic business and/or technical knowledge and understanding of Supply Chain data elements, process, and organizational support models.
MS Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word)
Strong written, oral, and presentation skills.
Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
Ability to build strong collaborative relationships, influence multiple partners, and establish common goals and objectives without sacrificing outcomes.
Ability to contribute on a diverse, multicultural and partially remote team.
Ability to prioritize multiple initiatives within timelines, in a matrix environment where priorities change rapidly.
This position may require 0-5% of domestic and international (US) travel.
