You Are:

We are looking for Smartsheet Administrator and IT Service Management Specialist. We are seeking an individual to assume dual responsibilities as the administrator of our Smartsheet application and help out with our IT Service Management.

The Opportunity:

• Managing all aspects of our Smartsheet solution (Project Plan Templates, forms, reports, dashboards, and automation flows).
• Work closely with the Project Management Lead in delivering additional dashboards and solutions related to departmental roadmap and strategy.
• The ideal candidate will also have IT Service Management expertise.
• Effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills are a must for this role.
• Support and maintain our existing solution structure
• Design and build dashboards for internal and external use
• Support the design and implementation of new solution needs within the application
• Provide end user support and training

What you need:

Skills and Experience:

• Expert knowledge of Smartsheet platform (Core capabilities, Control Center, Data Mesh, Column Formulas, Workflow Automations, customization options features and tools)
• Strong organization and time management skills, able to manage multiple priorities with demanding deadlines 2-5 years of experience supporting, configuring, executing changes, and developing reports in Smartsheet
• Strong experience administering Smartsheet including control center, reporting and dashboard
• Understanding of Smartsheet from an administration level and not just as a user of the tool
• Demonstrated ability to interpret complex concepts and translate them into easy-to-understand graphs, charts, and visual graphics
• High Level Project Management understanding
• Preferred Knowledge of IT Service Management processes, software, and tools Project Management Experience
