About the Role

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and strategic Associate Director of Procurement & Supply Chain to join a growing organization with 18 years of experience in the Telecom and IT sector. This leadership role is critical for driving operational excellence, supplier performance, and cost optimization across national and regional supply chain activities.

The ideal candidate brings a proactive and analytical mindset, with strong experience in managing complex procurement cycles and end-to-end supply chain processes in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.

Main Responsibilities

• Define and implement procurement strategies for Telecom and IT infrastructure categories.
• Manage vendor sourcing, RFPs, contract negotiations, and performance monitoring.
• Lead supply planning, logistics coordination, and inventory optimization.
• Establish and monitor key supply chain KPIs aligned with corporate goals.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Finance, and Project teams to align supply and demand.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and audit standards.

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business Administration or related fields (Master's preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of experience (desirable) in procurement and supply chain management, ideally in Telecom or IT industries.
• Proven ability to lead sourcing processes and develop supplier relationships.
• Strong negotiation, strategic planning, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and procurement platforms.
• Fluency in English and Spanish (oral and written) is required.
