Position: Revenue Specialist

Location: Downtown Cancún (On-site)

Schedule: Monday to Friday (Full-time)

AISG (Aviation Integrated Services Group), a company specializing in commercial aircraft maintenance, is looking for a Revenue Specialist to join its Finance team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct support to the Revenue Manager.
• Supervise and execute receivable accounts and billing processes.
• Handle customer inquiries, clarifications, and follow-ups.
• Participate in account reconciliations and the preparation of financial reports.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of administrative and financial processes.

Profile Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 4 to 5 years of experience in accounts receivable/payable, billing, or finance.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, CONTPAQi).
• Advanced English (B2/C1) required for client communication and report preparation.
• Desirable: knowledge of CFDI, SAT portals, bank reconciliations, and Mexican tax regulations.
