YOUR TASKSResponsible to coordinate incoming inspection if necessary in regards to quality related aspects.
Initiating and dealing with quality-relevant issues for purchase parts in series production, including conducting
and coordinating the necessary complaints management.
Initiating charges and negotiating the reimbursement (if needed).
Conducting regular meetings, Q-visits and audits at the suppliers within the context of Q-improvements in series
production.
- Processing the purchase parts complaints in accordance to the procedures.
- Management of not conforming purchased parts including inter-company parts (ERP and physically) and
coordinate the further actions (e.g. rework, sorting, etc.) - Escalation to management level in case of relevant quality risks which cannot be resolved by the
supplier or by the project team. - Deploying employees corresponding to their qualifications within the relevant structure. Instructing and
supporting employees in a target-oriented and motivating manner to fulfill the tasks. - Responsible for hiring and performance evaluation as well as qualification demands.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONSSkills:
- Change Management: Leading enterprise-wide change initiatives using ADKAR, Kotter, and Lean Change frameworks.
- APQP: Expert in deploying APQP frameworks to ensure flawless product launches and process readiness
- Problem Solving: Expert in 8D, DMAIC, A3, and Root Cause Analysis to eliminate defects and drive sustainable improvements.
- Communication: Adapting communication style to diverse teams and global partners.
- Strategic Negotiation Planning: Skilled in preparing data-driven negotiation strategies aligned with business and quality objectives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor´s Degree: Industrial, Mechanical, Electronical, or related field.
- Experience: At least 7 years of experience in quality visits and supplier audits in the context of quality improvements in mass production, as well as in the coordination of incoming inspections.
- Advanced English.
