Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately enter and process customer orders received via phone, email, and online portals.
- Verify order details, pricing, product availability, and shipping information to ensure accuracy.
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding order status, product information, pricing, and shipping details.
- Coordinate with internal departments (warehouse, shipping, sales, and billing) to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Follow company policies and procedures to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities to improve the order entry process and customer experience.
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience in customer service, order entry, or a related field.
- Proficiency in order management software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem-solving skills with a customer-first approach.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with CRM and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, NetSuite, Oracle, or similar).
- Familiarity with e-commerce order processing.
- Knowledge of inventory and supply chain processes.
