Descripción
Manufacturing company is looking for a Trade Compliance Coordinator - For a Temporary Project (6months).
Job summary:
Ensuring compliance with all legal regulations in foreign trade, efficiently managing import/export processes, and maintaining strong relationships with authorities and customs agents.
Main duties:
- Inventory Control (Annex 24 & 30)
- Domicile registrations.
- Register, control, and contact customs agents for patents and legal files.
- Request information on import/export documentation from Tax Authority (SAT) to ensure compliance and legal regulations.
- Maintain relationships with official authorities.
- Manage and control value declarations, letters of entrustment, and sub-manufacturing permits.
- Prepare reports and ensure proper documentation to procedures.
- Process non-tariff permits and regulations
- Submitted IMMEX programs, PROSEC program and Rule 8th.
- Prepare INEGI reports and other reports necessary for decision-making.
- Control in import regimen and authorize import/export documentation.
- Supervise virtual operation closures and coordinate with customs agents and warehouses.
- Support customs audits and ensure the correct application of documentation.
- Prepare and manage certificates of origin and related documentation.
- Keep information systems updated and analyze foreign trade databases.
- Coordinate operations with customs agents and Distribution Centers.
Requirements:
- Education: International Business, Foreign Trade, Customs, Administration, or related field.
- +3 years of experience in a similar position and/or activities.
- Foreign trade and customs legislation knowledge.
- Experience in managing import/export, legal procedures and documentation.
- Proficiency in foreign trade management systems (ERP).
- Experience with IMMEX certification.
- English language skills (technical terms): conversational and written.
