- Acts as a business partner to plant and financial management teams.

Descripción
- Leads the accounting department in alignment with GAAP
- Overseeing staffing, budgeting, forecasting, and continuous improvement efforts.
- Coordinates A/P, A/R, tax, and payroll functions.
- Approves and directs payroll activities.
- Ensures timely and accurate submission of required corporate reports.
- Lead cost initiatives to identify cost overruns and savings opportunities, including product costing, departmental budgets, and inventory valuation.
- Maintains the standard costing system and enforces internal financial controls.
- Actively participates in plant leadership, contributing to decision-making, policy development, strategic planning, and plant initiatives.
Perfil buscado
- University degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms
- Advanced user of Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Access Skilled in analyzing situations and responding with sound, timely decisions
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written with strong interpersonal abilities
- Proactive, hands-on team player with a positive, solution-oriented mindset
