About this opportunity

Ericsson is currently seeking an Intern in IT for our plant in Tlaxcala, this student will be responsible for delivering onsite technical assistance relating to computer systems, hardware, and software. The ideal candidate for this role should efficiently handle queries, operate diagnostic programs, diagnose issues accurately, and implement effective solutions.

You'll get the opportunity to

• Provide comprehensive technical assistance for Information and Communication Technology (ICT) systems, along with network, hardware components and windows systems.
• Develop comprehensive training manuals and formulate other essential technical documents and processes.
• Facilitate logging of tickets for incidents and service requests on behalf of IT users.
• Conduct technical training for IT users.
• Maintain top-tier performance levels of computer systems and apply timely upgrades as needed.
