• Analyze and document business requirements to ensure the effective implementation of Oracle solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and optimize Oracle-based business processes.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Oracle-related issues.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive system documentation.
• Conduct user training sessions to enhance system adoption and proficiency.
• Monitor system performance and recommend improvements as needed.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies in all technical operations.
• Support ongoing projects and initiatives related to Oracle system upgrades and enhancements.

Profile

Must:

• Leadership and knowledge in Oracle, with over 4 years of expertise.
• Team mentoring, while maintaining a strong technical focus.
• Expertise with Oracle, preferably with a focus on Oracle 12.1.
• Over 7 years of ERP expertise, mostly with Oracle.
• Project expertise with Oracle in Supply Chain (Inventory).
• Knowledge of business processes in Supply Chain.

Nice to have:

• Knowledge in Oracle Supply Chain projects in other modules, such as: Order Management, Configurator, Bills of Material, Work in Process, Depot Repair, Install Base, Service Contracts, Engineering, Purchasing, Advanced Supply Chain Planning, MRP, Quality, or CRM.
• Knowledge of PL/SQL and relational databases.
