This role seeks a Sr Human Resources Manager who will be for guiding and managing the overall provision of Human Resources services, policies, and programs for a major division within our manufacturing company based in Nogales, Sonora.

Client Details

This company is a large organization in the industrial/manufacturing sector. They have a significant presence in the market and are known for their high-quality products and company growth and development.

Description

Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
Bridge between management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
Strong Knowledge of Mexican Labour Law (Ley Federal del Trabajo)
Manage the performance appraisal system to drive high performance
Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization
Promote corporate values

Profile

A successful Sr Human Resources Manager should have:

Proven experience as a Human Resources Manager
Knowledge of HR systems and databases
Build and effectively manage relationships at all levels of the company
In-depth knowledge of labour law and HR best practices
Degree in Human Resources or related field
